BEGINNING HOMEBREW was a perfect instructional video for my low budget brewing. It answered all the questions I had in a simple well organized step by step fashion. This wonderful instructional video makes the complexity of beginning of homebrew simple and easy to understand. Where past home brewing guides have taken a while to catch up with this times, this film adds a refreshing new character to the world of homebrew. The video is well produced and easy to follow. A "must have" for anyone starting to homebrew and a mandatory companion to the homebrew classics such as Charlie Papazian's "The Joy of Home Brewing." "Beginning Homebrew" is an easy to understand and extremely informational instructional DVD. The host of the DVD is very personable and seems quite knowledgeable. He presents the information in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner that should help the beginning homebrewer get started. I've tried a variety of books on the topic of homebrew, but none of them allowed me to grasp the basic concepts in the way that "Beginning Homebrew" does. There's not a doubt in my mind that the DVD, coupled with the accompanying e-book process flow chart, makes brewing your own beer easier than ever...what a bargain! Thanks to "Beginning Homebrew" I can't wait to start brewing my own beer!

I'm not exactly new the the whole home-brew experience as I have about 8 brews under my belt. I found this DVD to be really useful as it helped solidify some of the ideas I was struggling with. The program is organized in a clear, easy to follow method and has made my beers taste much better. I would recommend this DVD to anyone interested in home brewing.
